Coca-Cola Brings Famous Works to Life in A Wildly Creative Advertisement
As an artist or in any other profession, finding inspiration can sometimes be a challenge. However, Coca-Cola believes it has found a solution in its latest advertising campaign.
The campaign called "Masterpieces" was created in collaboration with Blitzworks agency and features Coca-Cola's famous soda bottles as the ultimate remedy for creative blockages. The director, Henry Scholfield, brings to life the world's most famous paintings in a visually stunning ad.
The advertisement follows a young art student who is struggling with a blank page. To motivate the student, the painting "Divine Idyll" by Marcquois Aket comes to life and steals the Coca-Cola bottle from Andy Warhol's work of the same name created in 1962.
This moment marks the start of a frenzied race where multiple paintings help each other to deliver the Coca-Cola bottle to its recipient. Coca-Cola aims to celebrate art in all its forms by highlighting world-renowned artists and emerging artists from the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
The campaign is visually stunning and has been carefully designed to deliver a suspenseful moment that keeps viewers engaged from start to finish. It is part of Coca-Cola's commitment to promote art and pay tribute to the artists who have been inspired by the brand over the decades.
Andy Warhol, for instance, created one of his most iconic works using Coca-Cola bottles. The marketing campaign also includes an online gallery that features different paintings, interviews with emerging artists, and digital collectibles.
