LEGO Unveils Giant Rivendell Set for Lord of the Rings Fans

Pop culture still has a bright future ahead of it, as evidenced by the many derivative products, series, video games, and much more that inspire brands. It is not LEGO who will say the opposite since the construction game company has just announced the release of a replica of the valley of Rivendell taken from the fantastic SAGA “The Lord of the Rings.”

The 6167-piece kit soberly baptized Rivendell thus includes a reproduction of an elven forge, Frodo’s bedroom, Elrond’s office, fragments of Narsil, and many other details illustrating the history of Middle-earth.

Fans of the universe created by JRR Tolkien rejoice. The replica of the valley also includes fifteen figurines, including Gandalf, Frodo, Sam, Pippin, Legolas, Boromir, Aragorn, Elrond, Peredhel, and evidently Bilbo.

Once completed, the enchanted forest still measures 39 cm high by 75 cm wide and 50 cm deep. However, it separates into three sections, namely the tower, the circle of the council, and the gazebo, to be exhibited independently.

The Rivendell set will be available on the LEGO site and in stores from March 5 for VIP members, otherwise, you will have to wait until March 8. In addition to having to make room at home, Lord of the Rings fans will also have to put their hands in their wallet because the replica is sold at a price of 499.99 euros.
