This Internet User Goes Back in Time with AI to Take 20 Historic Selfies
We've all dreamed of traveling back in time to see the world as it was millions of years ago (and if it's in a DeLorean, even better). This is precisely the bright idea that the Internet user known as Stelfie the Time Traveler, who travels in time through a series of selfies as funny as, they are surprising.
It was on the Reddit social network that the budding creative became known. Indeed, the enthusiast of new technologies has familiarized himself with the use of artificial intelligence with a specific goal: to interfere in all the key moments in the history of the world. And what is better than a little selfie to immortalize this?
He thus used the Stable Diffusion software to generate very realistic images from textual descriptions in the same spirit as Midjourney. Preferring to remain anonymous, he decided to create a fictional character on the Character Creator site, which he then adds to each photo using the Dreambooth tool.
The inveterate traveler would then have been among the slaves who built the pyramids of Giza, sailed alongside Christopher Columbus and his crew, met Pablo Picasso and Albert Einstein, and even fought Mohamed Ali.
We let you discover below a small selection of historical moments digitally experienced by Stelfie the Time Traveller. To find out more stuff related to funny selfies, you can visit his website.
