Here Are The 10 Finalist Shots For The Bird Photographer Of The Year 2022
Since its first edition in 2015, the Bird Photographer of the Year (BPOTY) competition has been keen to highlight and reward the most beautiful bird photographs in order to raise awareness and raise funds for their protection. So while waiting for the announcement of the winners on September 8, the organizers of the famous competition unveiled the finalists for the 2022 edition a few days ago.
For this 7th year of competition, more than 20,000 shots immortalized by amateur and professional photographers of all ages from 115 countries were received. The sumptuous shots of birds often overlooked in their natural habitat were decided by a jury made up of professionals. The key: the title of Best Bird Photographer of the Year, the sum of 5800 euros, and the publication of his photos in the BPOTY 2022 book.
We let you discover below the selection of photographs in the running for the final of the Bird Photographer of the Year 2022.
