The Magnificent Photographs of Siamese Fighting Fish By Andi Halil

The oceans and nature in general, are full of animal species, each more fascinating than the next, like the fighters, a species of fish of remarkable beauty brought to light by the Indonesian photographer Andi Halil.

Since 2015, he has embarked on an artistic project entitled “Betta Fish” for which he immortalizes fighting fish. Their particularity is that they are colorful, very graceful in their movements, and feature many very different patterns.

A specialist in macro photography, the designer creates unique portraits of these fish by placing only a flash and a reflector above an aquarium. He also specifies that, unlike other marine species, this one can easily be approached.
