Creative Dad Makes A Wooden Rolls-Royce With His Own Hands
If we were to award the prize for the best father, it would certainly go to the Vietnamese Trương Văn Đạo. And for good reason, he built a miniature wooden replica of a Rolls Royce Boat Tail for his son, the most expensive car in the world to date. There is enough to roll mechanics!
This carpenter by profession and owner of his own workshop shares his achievements on his YouTube channel, ND Woodworking Art, which already has more than 763,000 followers. So for 68 days and starting from scratch, this creative challenged himself to reproduce a miniature Rolls Royce for which he cut, shaped, and polished the entire wooden structure of the car, omitting no detail (see the videos at the end of the article).
We find the locations of the front, rear and side headlights but also the mythical grille of the Rolls Royce reproduced to perfection or even personalized tires. The two front seats can accommodate an adult, capable of driving the vehicle equipped with a battery-powered motor.
But the most impressive remains the reproduction of the rear trunk opening in a butterfly-like the original model. The latter even contains glasses, fruit juice, and a compartment with a small umbrella and 2 foldable chairs for taking a well-deserved break.
In addition to taking up a real personal challenge, the YouTuber will undoubtedly have put stars in the eyes of his son. But Trương Văn Đạo is not at his first attempt and already has several automobile reproductions to his credit that you can find on his YouTube channel.
And if you like iconic scale models, know that Aston Martin has designed a motorized version for children of its DB5 Junior model, the famous James Bond car.
