Artist Recreates Realistic Human-Like Photos Of Popular Cartoon Characters Using A.I.

When we are children, we sometimes wonder what the characters of our favorite cartoons would look like if they really existed. Well, the question finally seems to be resolved since Internet user Hidreley Diao of the Bored Panda site imagined their real face with a little help from artificial intelligence.

This creative appreciates having precise representations of what he imagines. Thanks to technology, he manages to explore and create what he describes as computer-assisted art without having any limits imposed on him.

For this, it combines Photoshop software with FaceApp, Gradient, and Remini applications to obtain the most realistic rendering. The latter will thus transform the original photograph to approximate human features.

Among the portraits made, there are several Disney characters including Aladdin and Jasmine, Rapunzel and Peter Pan, but also Moe, Bart, and Milhouse Van Houten from The Simpsons. The result is simply stunning and the resemblance to the animated characters is quite striking.
