Japanese Artist Turns Tom and Jerry's Failures into Funny Sculptures
It is safe to say that we want to forget about our stupid actions. Especially if they made us look like complete idiots. However, some of us would not be able to, even if we tried. Like Tom and Jerry. The famous American animated series talks about Tom’s attempts to catch Jerry, as well as destruction and ridiculous failures.
Tom rarely manages to catch Jerry, mainly because of his dexterity, cunning abilities, and luck. But they both suffer in the process. For example, Jerry can hit Tom’s head so hard with a frying pan that a blow will give his head a certain shape. But the pain of one is a victory for the other. These tormenting moments have become a source of inspiration for Japanese artist Taku Inoue, who turns the failures of Tom and Jerry into funny sculptures.
