Magnificent Portraits of Big Cats by British Photographer Peru

Do you love to see wild animals’ especially big cats? Recently, the famous British photographer Peru, who worked with the most famous people on the planet, implemented a project with the organization of Big Cats Sanctuary. He equipped the studio directly in the aviary and began to shoot huge cats as if they were real stars. The photographer was determined to show us the true character of each of these graceful and deadly creatures. The project was created so that more people around the world know how vulnerable these large predators are in their natural habitat. As a result, Peru took two-meter pictures of these amazing wild animals (Big Cats pictures), which he plans to sell under the hammer. All proceeds will be transferred to the account of the wildlife conservation organization.

Filming continued throughout the year, as this is a very laborious and complex process. The main idea of the photographer was to shoot magnificent portraits of wild animals in the same way as he shot the brightest stars of the scene and fashion models. Peru says that what he liked most about this work was that cats, unlike humans, immediately let you know what they think of you. There was no place for pretense and insincerity in this project.

During photo shoots, big cats could freely go for walks if they did not like how the shooting was going. First, the photographer installed the equipment near the predators and allowed them to get used to new objects within a month. Wild cats are very suspicious of any changes in their habitat. Then, only a few weeks later, filming began.
