Heartbreaking Photos of Ballet Dancers in Puerto Rico Destroyed By Hurricane
Do you like to see heartbreaking photos of Ballet Dancers? For photographer Omar Z Robles, who became famous for a photo project with dancers, the long-awaited trip to Puerto Rico’s homeland turned into a sobering reminder of the troubles and difficulties of life on the island.
Eight years ago, a Puerto Rican went to live and work in New York. The recent visit was too difficult for Robles to understand. What the photographer saw in his native country, broke his heart. His goal was not to embellish the edges he loved since childhood.

Hurricane Maria, which raged a year and a half ago in Puerto Rico, dictates the theme. The element was so ruthless that it destroyed the island almost to the ground. In the new project, Robles wanted to look at the current reality of these once-heavenly places as meaningfully as possible. Each frame of this series is permeated with a squeezing heart feeling of loss and sadness.
