Desert with the Highest Fixed Dunes and Mysterious Lakes

Desert Badain Jaran is located in northern China, covering an area of about 49,000 square kilometers. It is the third largest desert in China. This area is known for the world's highest fixed dunes, the height of which can reach 500 meters. But it goes on sand dunes, and more than a hundred lakes, which are hidden in between Badain Jaran. They feed on the local springs. The water in the lakes is incredibly salty. And yet, thanks to him and groundwater glaciers melted, located hundreds of kilometers away from the desert, the dunes are still there. The name of the desert just taken because of the lakes. Desert Badain Jaran is also known as "the mysterious lake."
