The world-famous American Smithsonian consists of 9 research centers, 19 museums and 156 branches. In his arsenal, it is the world’s largest repository of artifacts. Today we will focus on the collection of fish, including more than four million specimens. They serve as a source of information about the biodiversity of fish available for scientists all over the world. This library also includes an electronic images, including X-ray, allowing to study the creatures inside.
