Socotra, the Most Bizarre Island on Earth (20 Pictures)

Socotra is an archipelago of four islands and two rocks in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Somalia, about 350 kilometers south of the Arabia. Due to the isolation of the island many of the local flora and fauna species are no longer found in any corner of the island. This bizarre island is a mix of ancient granite massifs, red sandstone plateaus and limestone cliffs.
